It is also good to love: because love is difficult. For one human being to love another human being: that is perhaps the most difficult task that has been entrusted to us, the ultimate task, the final test and proof, the work for which all other work is merely preparation.

Relationship Therapy

Intimate relationships are one of the most challenging endeavors you can undertake. And, they can be one of the most rewarding.

Relationships are your greatest teacher; showing you where you excel and where growth can happen. Often, you may find yourself in relationships where the other person is seemingly acting in ways that are exactly what you don’t want. You might get triggered, angry, and defensive, and it seems you’ve been here before; perhaps in other relationships or with your family of origin. This is where the most profound healing can take place.

I work with couples as well as poly relationships to identify those places where the relationship starts to break down. I use EFT and attachment theory techniques to help you communicate more effectively, manage conflict together, and increase connection.

Do you want to deepen your intimacy, communicate without escalating into a fight, set better boundaries, create more trust and safety, have better sex, and learn how to give the other what they are really wanting? Reach out, and let’s work together.
